WardrobeForge Whitelabel Service Agreement

This WardrobeForge Whitelabel Service Agreement governs the purchase and use of AI credits for generating images through WardrobeForge's software and related services.

Service Description

WardrobeForge provides a whitelabel service that permits approved users, businesses, and customers to purchase AI credits for the purpose of generating images using WardrobeForge's software.

Users may create an account online and purchase AI credits to access the service. AI credits are consumed based on the user's actual AI usage, including but not limited to image generation requests and related service activity.

AI Credit Purchases and Pricing

Users may purchase custom amounts of AI credits based on their anticipated or actual usage. Before completing any purchase, the cardholder will be shown the applicable pricing for the selected amount of AI credits, including the credit quantity, price per credit or package price, applicable taxes or fees, and the total amount to be charged.

All purchases are processed using the payment method provided by the cardholder at checkout. Each credit purchase is a separate transaction unless a subscription, recurring billing arrangement, or automatic top-up feature is separately disclosed and expressly accepted by the cardholder.

Billing Authorization

By completing a purchase, the cardholder authorizes WardrobeForge, its whitelabel partner, or its authorized payment processor to charge the payment card or payment method provided for the total amount displayed at checkout.

Refund Policy

WardrobeForge allows refunds only where the user can provide reasonable evidence that purchased credits or funds were not delivered to the user's account, credits were spent on faulty image generations where the resulting image had no clear subject, or an image generation failed and the credits were not automatically refunded to the user's account.

WardrobeForge reserves the right to deny refund requests where the user cannot provide evidence supporting the claim, where the generated image is merely subjectively unsatisfactory, or where credits were consumed in accordance with the normal operation of the service.

Cardholder Acknowledgment and Pricing Acceptance

By signing below, clicking “I Agree,” completing checkout, or otherwise submitting payment, the cardholder acknowledges and agrees to the WardrobeForge Whitelabel Service terms, pricing, billing authorization, AI credit usage, and refund policy described in the full agreement.
