Services And Accounts

WardrobeForge may offer virtual try-on services, digital collectibles, virtual wearable items, and related application features. You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected wallets.

Payments And Digital Delivery

Prices may be listed in U.S. dollars, cryptocurrency, or both, exclusive of applicable taxes and blockchain network fees. Digital delivery is completed when the applicable virtual item or service is made available in your WardrobeForge account, connected wallet, or both.

Intellectual Property

WardrobeForge retains rights in the Services, the WardrobeForge mark, underlying designs, and metadata schemas. Subject to continued ownership of a corresponding digital item, users may receive limited display, copy, and use rights as described in the full Terms.

Prohibited Conduct And Risk

Users may not mint unauthorized items, use the Services for unlawful purposes, interfere with service integrity, or scrape and rebuild the Services as a competing product. Blockchain technology involves volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and irreversible transactions.

Warranty, Liability, And Disputes

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The Terms describe warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, governing law, dispute resolution, and legal contact details.
